Why must you keep
Tormenting me?
Thoughts and worries
Invade my mind.
Release from this
I cannot find.

Round and round
These feelings go
Washing.  Checking
everywhere I go.
Can't my mind
Leave me in peace?
I wish these intrusive
Thoughts would cease.
