“Or should you think of me impolite to even ask.. tho I only wish to congratulate you for your very creative task”

I secretly was watching you from way over there.. as you held your pen so precise as you rocked in your wooden, rocking chair
I couldn’t help noticing you but I wasn’t spying..I swear
“Oh please will you share your words with me my little one so fair”

Yon candlelight is flickering.. could you even see? 
Yet I sensed you were lost within your perspicacity
I should like you to realise how much you inspired me
“Oh if only I could read your piece of poetry”
