The Omniscient, Omnipresent, and Omnipotent

The Omniscient, Omnipresent, and Omnipotent

He's strong enough to move the mountains and stop my flowing tears,

He wraps his arms around me and comforts all my fears,

He has never left me after all these years,

He will never leave my side,

and in His name my troubles will subside,

He knows all He has in store for me,

even if I can't see it clearly,

He gave me a wonderful guy to keep me safe and love me

to show me he cares about me and keep me happy,

This life won't last long,

So I turn to Him to keep me moving strong,

I ask Him to make me the woman I am meant to be,

to make me strong, loving, and happy,

life is so much more than pleasing everyone around you,

that's why He's the only One I turn to,

He lifts my spirit when I feel weak,

even when my future looks bleak,

come closer to me and hold me tight,

and tell me everything will be alright,

Lord make me see,

the path you have chosen for me,

I will always sing about His love,

because He rules mighty from above,

my worries surround me like a daily flood,

but I remember He shed His blood,

receive my power and hear my cry,

without you I am blid

Julia,

Thank you for your compliments- it's nice to know that someone's paying attention. Jimmy Arnold is right in saying that others are beginning to make me feel welcome. I've said this to someone else- if we're going to save the world- some people are going to be uncomfortable. Just for the record, I don't give any power to women- what I do is recognize what power they already have and when I speak of the Goddess, I'm not speaking of mythology- I'm speaking about part of our spiritual belief that male-dominated hierarchies tried to force us to forget. I have more work- but soon I'm only coming here to read and respond. That way I don't wear out my welcome. I'm still here sister- I'll give you a shout every now and then. Be good.
