"On It's Wings I Fly!"

traipsing around,
in the devil's fire?

from that horrible dream,
and scream,
and give your life,
a good hard look,
and see just how much,
the devil took?

I found The Answer,
by turning away from those drugs,
those cruel spiritual cancers,
that almost claimed,
the devil,
my soul,
and that cavernous hole,
I could never ever fill,
when I chose Jesus,
it started to heal,
and that clumsy confusion,
that almost assuredly,
led to my ruin,
is now to be denied,
because I choose,
this Holy Spirit High,
that let's me soar,
like an eagle,
on It's Wings I fly,
because my trust,
has given me,
a whole new strength,
that I began to find,
when I made up my mind,
to trust in The Lord,
that should most certainly,
not be ignored!"
