Poem -

One For Sorrow

Would you pretend
With me awhile
That the curve of moon
Is his lovely smile, that
The hollow door
To the empty room
Is not in fact
A vacated tomb
Would you pretend as
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
I oft do
That this lone ate meal
Was consumed by two
That the magpie who
Swoops by to call
Does not in fact
Mean sorrow at all
~~~~~~~~~~~~~
