One magical nightglow

One magical nightglow

This night was when it changed
Never before had such things happened
The love fell from the sky like moonbeams
Lighting up the darkest places

Warming the saddest hearts|
The golden rain fell everywhere
No one was spared from its light

Enemy loved enemy
Strangers became friends
|The light changed the hues of skin
We all became golden.

War was finished
Only peace remained.
In the heavens beyond the moon
Angels sang in beauty
With such joy
Even the masters eyes
filled with tears.

Evil descended
to avoid the bright light
The pastures were peaceful
Tranquility abounded
and for the first time
The earth sang in space
a song of joy.
