ONLY HIS WORD

When nothing seems secure anymore
When it all seems like shaking ground
When fear surrounds on every side
In Christ, I will be found
Only His Word brings strength to stand
When trouble is all you see
Only His Word gives comfort and hope
When facing adversity
His Truth will  hold us steady
When the ground is sinking sand
He said; I'll never leave you
No matter what; We're in His hand
Hold His Word inside your heart
On the solid rock we stand
His Word tells us to believe
When we do not understand
Place your confidence in Him
Resisting the temptation to fear
In times of trouble, call out to Him
Our Deliverer is near
Only His Word can build our faith
Only His Word sets free
Only His Word brings comfort and hope
