Only Me

Plagued by everlasting terror,
Chilling cold hand grip her heart.
Pressing closer, drawing near,
Eternal hell is doomed to start.
Trapped in her decaying mind,
Deep within the darkest corner,
In unbreakable confines,
No one left but me to mourn her.
Only me, myself, and I
Wandering in these breaking halls.
I'm just a figment of her mind,
Made to step in when she falls.
Falling feathers, falling angel,
Leaving me to take to take the floor.
Insanity is there to catch you.
I'm all that's left, and nothing more.

Greetings Christina,
A very passionate but lonely and sad poem, of a heart broken but in quest of its own mend,a soul lost and alone, asking, to be once again, found to want to belong......Ignored cries of loud reverberation, yet no ears capable of, are willing to be lent, for its elusive capture.A fallen tree, in a forest, that hears not, nor takes the time or effort, to have been given solace, in its demise......Great poem by the presenter... Hope, that this, doesn't also speak of the heart, of its presenter.....A lonely world to be contained in.......
Kindest of regards,
JIM
