It’s the flaws cause, put life on pause and figure the flaws out first. It’s caused because of the flaws, that’s why you can’t stand the look of your face, the flaws are from within.
Dissect yourself, be brutally honest and accept it.
List each flaw, reverse engineer  the flaw and trace its roots. Where did it get its start, how did that affect you?
Understand that one trigger cannot dictate your whole life, it was all based on emotions, that’s what instilled the fear.Â
Let your walls down one by one so it will be sustainable, once you master each flaw or have enough control regardless the circumstances( environment ) then you can actually move on.Â
