Poem -
Our Dandelion Stars
Each dandelion is another starΒ
To be admired and to be wished upon
As each red and fluffy umbrella floats into the bluest of skies
All around us they departΒ
Planting seeds of hope in the creamy cloudsΒ
This vast emerald garden is my universeΒ
Filled with these heavenly plants and hope
That send themselves across the worldΒ
Breathing life into joyless timesΒ
A wish that never dies for each of us.Β

I remember as a child the saying about dandelions, if you hold it under your chin and it shines on the skin you love butter... well it was a simpler time. beautifully written and brought back some fond memories.
That's true. I miss those times too, when the world had at least a grain of sanity. Thank you so much and I am so glad it did. Good memories are a comfort blanket <3
