OUR SPECIAL ANGEL FRIENDS

If you don’t see an angel’s wings

Remember that they are there

From the hand that reaches out for you

Or through the voice that whispers, “I care.”

You will never see an angel’s wings

Or know when they’ll keep you protected

You’ll feel when they are surrounding you

When you are embraced and not rejected

There are special angel’s that walk among us

Through our long ordinary days

And they will appear out of nowhere

To help guide us through this life we call a maze

These special guardian angels

Can hear the words we’ve never said

They calm that fear that keeps us from

Reaching the dreams that live in our head

When you finally close your eyes to sleep

And smile for your roaming has come to an end

You will finally know who those special angels are

They are the ones God has disguised as your friends…
