Ownership

I no longer own the past, just as the past can no longer own me.

I let go of all the negative emotions attached to the lessons that have brought me here.

In this perfect moment, I choose to live a positive experience.

I have no need for old pain; my life does not want it.

I have no need for insecurities, which have no purpose to anyone.

I have no feelings of guilt and will not punish myself with that cancer.

I have no need to be afraid of people’s reactions, people always react.

I speak my own truth through my own lessons.

In this new cycle, I will NOT rediscover old, negative energy patterns.

In this moment, I only embrace gain, not loss or pain; only GAIN!
