Pain

Pain

I wish I could tell you how much I miss you how much I miss us
How difficult this time has been for me
So much pain I’m in
I wish that this had never happen
That we were still together and so in love
You have crushed and broken me more than ever before
Your deceit and betrayal has been the deepest
The wounds you have left hurt me the hardest
I cannot begin to describe how you left me beyond repair

Being Me

Awww... This poem really got to me. Heartbreak is such an awful thing to go through... Truly awful. The pain does lessen over time but it is a long, hard slog... And so often unfair when the one who broke your heart moves on easily without a second thought. I hope your heart recovers soon x

You’re right it’s hard to face the long road. Why do people hurt someone who loves them unconditionally without a care? I will never get myself in that position again i will carry on alone forever rather than go through this ever again

Being Me

I have often asked that question... And I have no answer. I will never understand how someone who declares their  love for you can throw it all way and seem to be able to flick that love switch to off... Especially when their partner/spouse loves them unconditionally. I wrote my poem "How can a Love" about this very thing. I wish you all the best x
