Pain or Pleasure..

So long i have waited to taste
So long i have waited your touch
So long for flesh upon flesh
I'm thirsty...shall i drink from the river edge?
Quench my thirst ..no longer needing to drink
from your fine ale?
Shall i taste the tempting words of the poet of lust?
For one night of passion....
Shall i let the wind blow me in a direction it pleases?
Too long i have waited for loves path to lead me ...
As i rise above the clouds with my soul intact
Will you forgive me if i stray beyond our written words?
Temptation.....break the boundry
Tease me into submission...
Poets love ?
Poets lust ?
So long have i waited ......
Can't feel the pain no more...
Let pleasure ..come knocking at my door..
Too long i have waited for

A Read between the lines: The bondage between pain and pleasure in human behavior is as philosophical as it is multifaceted too. It is a divergence that lives in each of us and deserves our curiosity. Sadly, it is not unusual for us to close down to situations that we fear will bring pain and discomfort. Replacing our tendency of avoidance with a capacity for wonder when it comes to our pain associations with its bodily pleasure is an eye opener and has the potential to release an untapped capacity for pleasure. The ecstatic release of a deep pleasure, will in turn ignites an equal release of intense pain.
