Work calls as the bills need paid, two weeks on and 12 days off.

Some people miss home when they travel, some make every place home.

I love cooking for others and others love a home cooked meal while on the road. 

It’s not the same enjoyment as the smile my son gets when I cook for him.

It’s not the same as the thanks my wife gives for me preparing our meals.

However cooking for others with the same passion as I do for my wife and children,,,

MAKES ME FEEL FULFILLED AND LIKE A GOOD PERSON!!!

Some people see an old truck bed, some people see a trailer.

Some people know it’s neither because its our traveling kitchen.
