Poem -

PASSED OVER--- SPIRIT

I stand on kneeling ground
head in sorrows ribbon tied
darkest nights gather beside me

can you feel the wind son
its your fathers breath across time

my touch will be the roots you can travel upon
every year a scar-

i can feel the same wind-i travel the same way
the great water fall

scratching skin
placed in rotted wooden void
empty that noise
yet returned in choices slayed
stolen traded stupid thoughts
worries dressed as actors

beside a moss and scribed cross
the fathers torn again
watched in shadows son
passed over by another
spirit
