Photographer

Photographer

He is always looking deeper,
Intent and focused is his sight
To find the magic in the corners
Where the shadows meet the light.
His journal, penned with smiling faces,
Some in color, some black and white,
Photos of sunsets in the evening
Over the city's daring heights,
People paused amidst their laughter,
And birds frozen in their flight.
I admire him for the way he lives,
For he is constantly in thought,
Viewing life through a different lens,
Seeing beauty where I do not.
