Pictures from the Soul

The life blood 

of my whole being

oozes freely from my pen

flowing across these pages

expressing emotions

from deep within

For as it flows

pictures take shape

through descriptive words

the inner soul comes to life

as my heart beats

from release

The ink continues

writing from the heart

almost racing across the paper

imparting all that`s hidden inside

in this fleeting moment

of sheer emotion

A point in time

captured in words

to be treasured and loved

releasing emotions from within

my heart and soul 

expressed in ink
