Pioneer of Wisdom

Glory to the self taught,
For It is universally known,
That what is taught at a university,
Can be easily learned at home.

Professors With PHDs, they must be smart,
But what have they accomplished other than tests.
I would much rather my teacher be proficient in the skill,
Give me a published author not an academic shill.

University Philosophy what does it teach?
Nothing more than a history class,
Id rather listen to Socrates Preach.

One thing is certain and I cant deny,
They bolster your vocabulary this is good,
You can speak in a language that only your field understood .

A hunger for study cant be bought.
The same as genius cant be taught .

So what of school what is it good for?
You acquire slave papers that say you literate,
The more expensive the more they are valued,
By your corporate bosses whipping you for a salary.

So while status is based on weekly pay ,
and this is how it goes ,
Id rather be my own man,
A life of originality I will sow.
