Freedom Is Free

War is peace that whats I hear,
The money spent in Afghanistan ,
Would feed the planet for a year.

Terrorism a threat ?
Am i the only one who think not?
Look at the recent terrorists,
the ones who got caught .

9-11 collectively a tragedy all will agree
but what of the hijackers;
from Afghanistan only three.

A hegemonic military,
Encamped in a third world region.
Confiscating oil and harvesting poppys all season .

So who does the military serve?
Is it you and me?
Or the high powered patricians;
making fortunes over seas.

You may believe the news ,
but I have got a clue.
A hegemonic military only fuels the military industrial complex.
Its all about wealth generation for the few.

Lets talk defense ,
Ive got something to say,
With mutually assured annihilation ,
peace is the only way.
