Ponder

Can't comprehend,
can't understand,
the whirl of thoughts
that burden me.

Why me,
why now,
why ever?

Why must
I suffer
day in,
and day
out.

What did
I do?
Or was
it something
I didn't
do?

Massive confusion
weighs on
my mind.

Can't find
reason or
why.

So I'll
just sit
in silence
and ponder 
endlessly...
