POWER IN HIS BLOOD

Then the enemy of every human being 

Dressed in a uniform of arrogance 

Consumed with pride

Which fell from his lips 

Uttered his speech of condemnation 

Standing before The Holy One

The One that embodies wisdom 

Who sits on His everlasting throne 

Surrounded by His faithful servants 

Angles of light and those whose robes 

Were washed in the blood of the lamb

Satan speaks words of blasphemy 

Trying to usurp the authority of The Christ

The Lamb of God that takes away man' Sin

But his accusations were as dust

In the presence of a hurricane 

Beaten ten thousand times ten thousand 

For the Power of Christ' blood 

Had pro formed a cleansing 

That was acceptable to The Father of lights

God of the universe 

And possessor of all things 

Seen and unseen

It is only by Christ shed blood 

That man can be, and will be redeemed.
