A priceless smile

A smile is like a lantern. 
Lighting up the darkness that fills the earth. 
Killing off the evil that tries to settle. 
Showing that good still exists in a world so cold. 
Even though a smile is strong, things can overtake it. 
Greed from the thieves,  
Pain from the broken hearted, 
The sanity that was lost from the insane, 
The guilt from those that have done wrong,and 
The sorrow from the dying. 
All surrounding us like the air we breathe.
