PROUD

PROUD

I attended my daughter s graduation today
i could`nt have been more proud
As she stood there in her cap and gown
to me she stood out, amongst the crowd
She hasn`t had it easy with the studying
with loosing loved one`s along the way
She nearly gave in, and gave it all up
but i persuaded her to stay
Through sheer determination and hard work
and an iron will, to succeed
She has finally got her degree today
a qualified nurse she was, decreed
I only wish her father was there to see
his princess, being honored
But my guess  he was there looking
down from above, seeing all she`s conquered
I can not express in words my feelings
But i  have shed  some happy tears
for being made the proudest mother
For today, and all throughout her years.

Hi Debs,

WOWWEE! Awww tell her congratulations from me sweetie, I feel so proud of her myself and what a wonderful profession to graduate into. You both look so beautiful and what a lovely photograph for your wall to be proud of.

You have expressed yourself and your pride in her so beautifully in this gorgeous piece and I`m sure she is just as proud of you and your considerable amazing talent for writing, she obviously takes after her mum both in beauty and talent!

Give her my best wishes for the future and tell her congratulations from me, this piece and your photo brought tears of joy and pride for me and I`m so happy for you both my darlings.

Well done for another beautiful heart warming and important lovely piece, I`m very proud of you sweetie.

Lots of love and big hugs

G xx
