Poem -

Proud to be your mum

Lost in the bliss
Of your perfect face
Your big blue eyes
Your beauty is ace

You were born 6 pounds 2
At 13:30 exactly
I remember that first moment
When you snuggled into me

A year and a half has passed
It's been a bit of a whirl
But one thing that is constant
Is you and me baby girl

You make my heart melt with pride
You fill me with so much light
I promise to protect you
I wont let you out of sight

So remember this my baby girl
When is all is said and done
One thing that'll never change
Is i'm proud to be your mum.

Wondering what's best
It's like an endless maze
This is such a mess...
