Questions and grief

So many questions roll around
No peace in tormented mind
Shock , Grief
Sudden death , Disbelief
Struggling to comprehend
Trying not to be angry at the vet 
- Who said there was nothing wrong with him .

And now he's died 
Taking with him a huge part of my life
Numb , Shock , Automaton functioning
Questions I'd love answering 
Sleep will not come 
I'm driven to write and some
