QUESTIONS FOR A PUPPET MAN

My city has a character called the puppet man
He gets through his life the best way he can
Plays with his puppets outside busy stores
I wonder what happened when we all stay indoors

Where does the puppet man sleep at night ?
Something to contemplate as I turn off my light
Does the puppet man have food to devour
Again I think at this strange and late hour

The puppet man wants normality to resume
Playing with his puppets and dancing to a tune
Dear puppet man I wish you joy and wish you well
This virus without doubt for us all is a living hell
