Raggedy Man

Poor forgotten rageddy man
What a sorry life you live
People passing every day
Not a thought for you they'll give
In towns and cities, aroma's of food, from all corners of the world
The grumbles and gripes from your empty stomach ,from over the road can be heard
A pitiful sight,to see you there
In those tiered old rags you wear
Frozen to the core, your bones ready to snap, for you, life is so unfair
One day I hope your luck will turn, everyone deserves a chance
To hopefully fill your heart with glee and finish life, with a merry dance

Hello Dene...
Great compassionate write!
A corporation is turning an apartment building into a Hotel and the residents were running out of time to find another place before they were evicted...
The rents are so high in that area and it's where many are employed in that town too...
It's all very sad...
I hope the same for all the people as you do...
Thank you for sharing...
Hugs...
