razor blades and roses

roses are red
violets are blue
'that girl' is crying
because of you

you think she wont notice
you dont really care
you sit by and watch
and you laugh and you stare

you make your sly jokes
and you use and abuse
but dont notice her feelings
and just flaunt your own views

youll never know pain
till youve felt alone
in a room full of people
that call you there own

they say dont be stupid
and that makes it worse
shes living her life
feeling like shes been cursed

sitting alone
with fear in her eyes
she holds the blade
as she starts to cry

she takes her last breath
as she cuts really deep
and slowly she falls
forever to sleep

leaving a letter
that says dont be sad
she explains that she needs this
and not to feel bad

she says that she knows
she pushed you away
but she felt like a burden
and you wouldnt stay

she says that she loves you
that shes finally free
from the pain and the anger
she did this for you... cant you see?
