Reality of the world and us
The world is dark and so very coldÂ
We're born to work and get old
Naive we stand, and we'll stay
Procrastinating, we look awayÂ
We ignor the world starting war
Walk past the homeless and the poor
People starving, no home, no life
Loosing faith and feeling strifeÂ
The third world countries left to die
If you can't pay, then you can't buy
No shelter, no water or any food
This is how bad feelings start to be brewedÂ
As for us always desperate to payÂ
Stripping, prostitution always a way
Instead of pulling us all up to the top
We're selfish and willing to let anyone drop
I pray for a day with a new foreverÂ
And forget our differences all togetherÂ
Hand in hand the day will ceaseÂ
And all will be equal and live in peaceÂ
But in reality it's  just a nice dream
So make sure you do your best to gleam
Everyday smile and do one good deed
Lets all try to beat this world of greed
