~Recognizing Reality ~

Whatever we are going through 

We know it will not last forever 

The present moment is significant 

Not as the bridge between past and future 

But by reason of its contents which can fill our emptiness 

And becoming ours, if we are capable of receiving them 

When an obstacle appears in our lives, initially 

We want to fight it all our efforts seem futile 

And we recognize we're wearing ourselves out repeatedly 

Finally we come back to acceptance 

Feels like we're giving up we're not 

We're just recognizing reality and being honest with ourselves.
