Reflections

The assignment was set upon me.

Dictated by the ignorant man's belittling tone.

A lesser man then me.

How had it come to pass.

Had earned any type of right

Infact the inclination to suggest such a taskĀ  to me.

Caulusies collected on my palms allow me to eat this day.

An old aquantance withdraws a handshake

Trojan horses and collars don't mix well.

I glare perplexed but vexed. Into existing empty spaces.

Hoping I may trade that very emptyness of space, for the mayhem within my mind.

His request, for me to immediately spread and share my wealth unto others.

What wealth does he see inside me. I own no fourtune, qualification or skill.

Often is coin, evasive to my wallet.

Share what you have in abundance I say to my well dressed reflection.

As the motion of my tough working hand, reaches for the pen.
