Reinfield Factor

Reinfield Factor

Delicious fly on wall
I hear dinner call
No need to fret
My tasty little pet

O' yum exo-beauty
I feel it a civic duty
Nothing to waste
Relished in haste

Spiders and roaches
Clickity approaches
In prison tower
I ravenously devour

Pulling wings
Grinding up things
A dish so inviting
Intensely exciting

Nothing to compare
Aroma fills the air
I’m not insane
Just bugs on a brain

Maggots and leeches
Like daddy always preaches
Loving a taste
Of that insect paste

What an interesting and humorous poem, Lisa. Brilliant.Β
This is the first poem I've read on Cosmofunnel, that is insect themed. You did a fantastic job with imagery in the poem.Β

Thanks Lisa
