"Requiem"       

I saw my future......
A shallow tunnel without light.
I was wide awake......
Caught in a wormhole that leads oblivion.

We are the dreamers.
We are they that take what others can not handle.
We are not celebrated when we are alive.
We are remembered when others survive.
We are the catalyst to their success.
Our remembrance is laid to rest.
We are the fore runners that set the way so that they will not walk astray.
They are not aware of our existence.
We hide as a silhouette in the distance.
Yet not for us who clear the path to all unrighteousness.....
they will find it hard to see the gold amongst the ashes.
They live in fear of failure.

Our mission in life is to shake their psyche and make them plead to prove that their worthy.
One thing is certain and clear.
They are the chosen ones and their time is near.
