RESISTING TEMPTATION

In every town and city temptation is on show 
This poem is about resisting it should you want to know 
Every town has a cake shop filled with cakey delights 
Walk on by my friend imagine the shop has no lights 

What about that jumper in that expensive store ? 
Just pretend it doesn't fit and so you won't be tempted anymore 
You maybe thirsty and you might want a drink
It's only in the mind so try not to think 

Of course there are times when you have to succumb 
That's when resisting temptation is a pain in the bum
