Revenge

It's something that's never tasted so bittersweet,
but you understand that what lies within is hiding from the eye it doesn't want to meet.
Even though betrayal seems to make you fall apart
just remember that revenge hardens the heart.
Sometimes we don't seem to think straight,
and our anger rises then begins to dictate.
But in the end all revenge gets you
is a terrible title and no one to miss you.
But if you think turning the other cheek is fake
then get revenge and you'll soon realize it was your worst mistake.
Soon after you receive it too
you will understand why I told you that revenge is something you must not do.
So instead of giving all your energy to something you can't cheat in.
Put your heart into something that you can actually believe in.
