Regret In Past

R.I.P

I took her sanity with my arrival, her departure drove me insane.
I felt she needed me, she proved she did not. I took her for granted, she remained out of hope for my improvement, good change I was incapable of. She loved me as much as she could, I loved her as much as I could, my love was not love at all. I had no business being with anyone, especially not of her stature. She is an angel, an angel that I lost, her wings once guarded my soul, until they did not. We’ve both moved on, movement that was long decided, before the past of our souls untwined the knots of lust, our paths crossed with purpose, her love for me I have not forgot.
