RIP OLIVIA DE HALLIVAND

Passed away today at the grand age of 104
A talented actress and oh so much more 
Two Oscars in two years just goes to show 
She was a movie icon long before Monroe

Probably her claim to fame was in 1939
Gone With the Wind was ahead of its time 
I refer dear friend to Olivia de Hallivand
Always demure and always looked grand 

Moved to Paris and her career took her dive
She didn't worry she was happy and alive
I will always remember her in The Snake Pit
A sure fire winner for me and a major hit 

I don't rate the movie actresses of today 
Not in the same bracket as Olivia is what I say
That's just my opinion and point of view
