Roaming For Love

As the moon sets below the crashing waves 

Her mind is moving at a breakneck pace 

Wondering why no one seems to understand the way she sees , feels 

Walking the shoreline under this twilight as tears flow on by 

Thoughts of a long forgotten love enters the recesses of her mind 

Living life out of this place in this world seemingly out of sorts 

Roaming down the beach with a darkened hue following over her shoulder 

Will a man open her heart but before she turns older ? 

Dreaming until her knight will appear longing to with him so she will not shed another watery tear
