'The Tempest', tempered with Cohen, Floyd, Gypsy Jazz and Blues...
And flowered with Cosmic Poetry and erotic 'Birthday Letters' By Hughes...
And all the while Murphy whines and smiles...
Whilst she... Adorned in poncho...Â

What can I say man, I am deeply honoured, flattered and gratified!!!
And yeah ... Your damn right on all counts...
It is a song, I wrote last weekend, full of deep layers of inspiration, (and not least Cohen & Pink Floyd haha??)
in bursts of verses, that just fell onto the page, practically succinct and complete... cool when that happens eh?!...
And then yesterday at first chance of picking up my guitar, pretty much same thing happened with the chords, melody and rhythm...Â
Hey, it does need a lot of polishing work... Yet, Somehow, it just feels right!
So many, many thanks for taking the time to read and for your kind words and encouragement... You have inspired me to take it to the next step/level/phase and actually record it properly!
