Menace of indomitable sea
Pirate scourge e’er shall be
Surly captain a beauty, Rogue Rose
Prickly tis she, no man can oppose

Saber in hand absconding booty
Plunder entitled a solemn duty
No naval clip fast a degree
Chaos assailed briny sea

Brackish waters moody seascape
Accosted a ship on route escape
Ignoble maiden utmost brave
Alas dispatched to kelpie grave

Bested one bone sodden day
On squalls of steely gray
More fickle than bonny lass
Capsized by tempest pass
