~The rose and its thorn's~.

~The rose and its thorn's~. I fear the nights Are growing more dark The sun don't shine Like it used to shine And the minutes Scream at hours past Aching to hear him chime Tell me father about hope When it fades, and travels from the north and south The place hope lays its head to rest, forgetting about such sorrow Tell me father about the rose and its thorn's Shall you still bleed for me come morrow mourn Withering within the subtitles Of everlasting dawn Oh the aching Stars down shine Casting shadows This heart of mine minutes Scream at hours past Aching to hear him chime. I will love your thorns, For it is they That scarred my skin My memory of your sweet scent has faded Your petals beauty fell away when I touched you And though that touch lasted but a moment It is your thorns That I still hold.
