Sorrow's Royalty

Sorrow's Royalty

I look you in the eyes once againΒ
face to face my fevered friendΒ
for sorrow calls on every endΒ
whose shackled walls we can't contend, whose broken beauty rots the eyes whose deathly gaze is no surprise whose suns may darken every rise that hell hole Β  Β  IΒ call homeΒ
and when beauty comes to claim me whole, rip from sorrow, sudden stole,Β my heart is warm but burning coal may singe the one who tries for in this darkness I believe my soul is bound to never leave but sing the song that ever sees a chance of myΒ escapeΒ I pray you leave me save yourself keep your spirit love your healthΒ forget the awful nightmare that you witnessed called my life for in my sorrow I remain the prince of madness duke of pain earl of envy and disdain and never, ever to be free
