Running from the Dark

I run from the Dark,
And the wolves that chase me.
I am Snow White in the woods,
Running from the Fear that controls me.

I search in the Dark,
And the things that haunt me.
I am Alice in Wonderland,
Searching for my way back home.

I hide my Dark,
And the madness inside me.
I am you and you are me,
Hiding the true you
That you’re scared for people to see.
