Saints and sinners - Ode to Saint Bartholomew

Saints and sinners - Ode to Saint Bartholomew

I am suffering
In this cathedral of Saints
I have suffered
In this cathedral of Saints
I was inside the suffering
In this cathedral of Sinners
In the holocaustic tunnel
I have been taken
Into the suffering
In this cathedral of Saints and sinners
The capsule of pain
Into the flight of death
I was the suffering
In the end
In the beginning
At the end
From the start
Into the black sky
Unto the light of Saints
I was in sufferance
Into the tomb of the unknown
Upon which we walked
Lay the bones of Saint Bartholomew
His unwrapped skin
Upon the floor of God
I am in the sufferance -
Saint Bartholomew hears thy pain
He lay untouched in the Church of Jesus Christ
Beheaded and skinned alive
O Lord thy miracles
Humanity has finally fallen
Unto the the hands of God

Nevertheless
Beneath
The dreadlocks
Beneath
The mohawk
The heart...

Days of love and black...

Days of love and black bruises

Still
I
Think of
You
In My
Skin
My
Thick
