Sand Moon

Sand Moon

Rippling sands of time

sway across the night sky

undulating by the moon

on its path, arched so high

Silhouetting all about

creating striking designs

across this beautiful orb

leaving sandy fine lines

The bright rays of the moon

spreading light across the lands

shrubs swaying in the foreground

feeling like waving hands

With soft hues of autumn

floating on winged beams

as the moon follows its path

dwelling in the land of dreams
