Sandstorm Part 2

Point guard.
Postponed,
Stars.
Pickpocket,
Hearts.
Tick, cross⌠decisions?
I Laugh!
People,
Places,
Need to,
Count pavers.
Need to, state the phases?
And sign at the line.
I ran out of time.
Listen I`m fine.
You donât have to stare
These are.
Musical chairs.
Musical mindsâŚ
Oh, and the scare!
I`m being left behind.
And the world moves on,
And look who`s aware,
I've missed that boat.
Sailing oceans somewhere.
Form
Combine
Congeal
Survive.
While Jackhammers
Crack pavement.
That was soft from the start.
And grains of sand. Make hurricanes.
Reminding us.
Calling for us.
To meet
Their demands.
So gone.
And so near.
Yet pleasures, please.
And the wind in the sails
And Fish.
In the Sea.
Hope you enjoyed it!

You could almost put a beat to this. It has such rhythm racing through it. Brilliant write đâ¨
Ahhh! Thank you, Gwen! Heaps of fun to write like this, although sometimes a big challenge to get the flow without losing the meaning too much. Glad you liked it!! Max
Max, so glad you did a follow up for your original really poetically blew me away and deservedly and rightfully so.
And the kudos is simply and again deservedly and rightfully yours my friend.
You have written two bookend outstandingly well written journey poems that mirror each other equally so.
Both engaging, both fresh and both unique.
And said journey's are both good one's and more than enjoyed simply just reading, more absorbing and poetically engaging.
Another great write Max and another to pin next to its worthy original.
Thank you for writing and sharing Max your touch of class poem, a real tour de force my friend.
And tip my poetry hat to your good self.Â
