SAVE A TINY PLACE IN YOUR HEART FOR ME
In a quiet place please talk to me...
I really want to hear your voice...
In the stillness of the sunrise look for a sign...
May a surprise greet you as you take a moment in the sunset...
May you never feel alone as I do sometimes...
Some people are lucky to find true love...
That may not be in my stars but, a special friend is a great blessing all the same...
If you find you just want to talk...
I will listen...
Look for me...
I don't know if I will be found in a butterfly, a leaf falling from a tree, or in a feather floating free...
Save a tiny place in your heart for me, take me with you wherever you go...
I would really love to talk to you...

Too late for that I'm afraid, Sparrowsong. But that's why I have Gidget, my grumpy old seventeen-year-old canine companion. She's better company than most people I know.
I don't mind being alone.

People use the love word too loosely today that it's lost the connection to me...
Especially when they can love someone so much and that ends and they're so in love again with someone else...
Some hearts just can't work that way...
