I learn a lesson every day
And every step I take
Is moving in the right direction
Send my stress away
Only stop to catch my breath
Tell the rest to wait
And I'm living clean
The police can investigate

Nobody wants to see death in the street
But not many's bothered about stopping it in other ones

I just wana bless the beat
Trust me
Nothings harder in monopoly than coming up
They just wana keep u down
I see people on the street who have to sleep in town
When I can I give a piece for now
But it never lasts long coz they drink it down

Can u blame them

They wana escape the pain
Ask yourself this could u take the same
If u can then maybe u should take their place
U could be the reason they believe in saving grace
