Scared Schiffless

Last night I watched an interview, that brought me total joy;
As I listened to this smart man speak, I said, “Now that’s my boy”!
He is a California Democrat, his name is Adam Schiff;
He’ll head the House Intelligence Committee, and at Trump, he’s very miffed!

He outlined all his future goals, to correct Trump’s wrongs to rights;
Now, with Majority control of the House, there’s going to be a fight!
The President has been corrupt, and he’ll have no place to hide;
No more tampering with the evidence, the law’s not on his side!

So come this January, the jig is up, America will be finding out;
The pack of lies you’ve been feeding us, and then, there’ll be no doubt!
That impeachment is the only course, to save our Democracy;
From this traitor in the White House, an embarrassment to the Presidency!

                        Our Country will purge itself
